The Golf Course
Glenrothes Golf Course is an 18 hole, 6406 yard, par 71 course. The course occupies a prominent position on the high ground to the west of Glenrothes.
Constructed in 1968 it is set in mature parkland and remains in excellent condition throughout the season.
The wide fairways offer plenty of opportunities for the long hitters and well maintained greens allow birdie opportunities to those with a good short game.
The course provides enjoyable and challenging golf for the enthusiasts at all levels of ability.
Set in 1981, the current course record of 65 is held by Craig Birrell. The record has been equalled over the years but never beaten.
